All producers owning or leasing certified irrigated acres within MNNRD’s Management Zone 3, (All lands in Brown, Rock, and Keya Paha Counties), must turn a report to the MNNRD by April 15th, 2025. Forms can be found on the website and can be printed and mailed in, filled out online, or filled out at the office. Call Kyle in the office and he will help get them turned in. Landowners deemed out of compliance will be subject to cease-and-desist procedures and possible loss of irrigation rights.
