The Middle Niobrara Natural Resources District (MNNRD) is sponsoring the USDA-NRCS, Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) West Sand Draw Cat Dam Plunge Pool Repairs project located in Brown County, Johnstown, NE at Appleman’s Dam, north of Johnstown, NE 4.5 miles.
Sealed proposals for the construction of “West Sand Draw Cat Dam Plunge Pool Repairs EWP Project” will be received by the MNNRD Watershed Coordinator at 303 E. Highway 20, Valentine, NE 69201 until 1:30 PM on the 10th day of December 2021.
